Dublin city centre shops will remain open later than usual this weekend as the Dublin by Night Fest begins. The event, which runs from Friday to Sunday, will see local businesses extend their hours to accommodate visitors.
The festival, organized by Dublin City Council, aims to promote the city’s nightlife and cultural offerings. Participating shops, restaurants, and bars will operate until 11 p.M. On Friday and Saturday, and 10 p.M. On Sunday.
This marks the first time the festival has been held in Dublin, following a successful pilot in 2023. The initiative is part of a broader effort to boost tourism and support local commerce during the summer months. Organizers expect a significant increase in foot traffic and visitor engagement during the event.
